This Gorgeous and bright apartment (150m2) on the 5th floor (with lift) of a building located in the “Eixample” neighbourhood, one of the most pleasant and popular districts of the Catalan Capital. Let yourself be tempted by its charm and comfort, making you feel right at home!

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms , making it perfect for family or couples stays. Passeig de Gràcia is the heart of Eixample and the line that cuts the area into two from "Eixample left" and "Eixample right".
Here you will find most of Barcelona's international designer shops such as Chanel and MaxMara. Also along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudí's characteristically dreamlike buildings. There are many interesting art galleries in the area and if art appeals then be sure to have a look in Fundacion Antoni Tapies which is just off Passeig de Gràcia and has a permanent collection of this Catalan artist's work.
Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes.
La Rambla, is a street in central Barcelona, popular with tourists and locals alike.
A tree-lined pedestrian mall, it stretches for 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) connecting Plaça de Catalunya in the centre with the Christopher Columbus Monument at Port Vell.
La Rambla forms the boundary between the quarters of Barri Gòtic, to the east, and El Raval, to the west.
La Rambla can be crowded, especially during the height of the tourist season. Its popularity with tourists has affected the character of the street, with a move to pavement cafés and souvenir kiosks.

Along the promenade's length are kiosks that sell newspapers and souvenirs, other kiosks selling flowers, street traders, performers, and pavement cafés and bars. Several notable sights are also located within the promenade, including a mosaic by Joan Miró, and the Font de Canaletes, a famous fountain and popular meeting point.
Strolling along La Rambla one can see such historic buildings as the Palace of the Virreina and the famous Liceu Theatre (Liceo in Spanish), in which operas and ballets are staged. The La Boqueria market opens of the Rambla and is one of the city's foremost tourist landmarks, housing a very diverse selection of goods.
One of the side streets, only a few metres long, leads to the Royal Square (Plaça Reial), a plaza with palm trees and portico buildings containing many pubs and restaurants. .

We would like to inform you that since 1/06/2021 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 3.30€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.
🔵Security Deposit:
We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).
🔹 Our place is just for relaxing holidays.🔹
It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
