Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor, located in the Poble Sec neighborhood, near the well-known Paral·lel street. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport with metro stations, Poble sec and Paral.lel just around the corner. Nearby are many restaurants and bars, and the beach and Montjuic are within walking distance, as is much of the city.



🔵DESCRIPTION:
In the main area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a television, a sofa and a dining table. In addition, you will find three single rooms and one double room that can be locked and have access to their own private balcony.


🟢GENERAL CONDITIONS
🔹Minimum stay of 32 nights (preferably more than 3-4 months)
🔹Maximum stay: 11 months with the possibility of extension
🔹Students or young workers
🔹Age between 18-39 years
🔹 Couples with children are not accepted
🔹 Pets are not accepted
🔹 Smoking is not accepted in common areas
🔹Security deposit upon arrival: 500 EUR
🔹 Agency fee upon arrival: 99 EUR
🔹Double rooms in which couples are allowed, supplement of EUR 75 for the 2nd person.


🔵Services:
✔️ Accommodation in the specified room.
✔️ Maintenance of the apartment for a good operation and community expenses.
✔️ Weekly cleaning service for common areas and fortnightly for the rooms, from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.
✔️ The cleaning material will be in charge of the cleaning staff of the landlord with the exception of toilet paper, washing machine detergent and soap to clean the dishes.
✔️All supplies of Water, Gas, Electricity and Internet.


🔹There is the possibility of REGISTRATION if:
We have confirmation that you are a student, intern, or worker with a contract. (a document that proves the above is required)
Minimum stay of 6 months
Payment of the last month's rent, as a second security deposit (this will cover the corresponding monthly payment)

🔸Check-in after hours, fees of 30 to 50 EUR are charged depending on the day and time.
