Our accommodation offers a unique and cozy experience for families who want to enjoy Barcelona to the fullest.

With an area of 100 m², our apartment is spacious and comfortable, making the whole family feel at home. Elevator access ensures that everyone can easily reach our accommodation, even with heavy luggage or after a day of exploring the city.

Accommodating up to 8 people, our lodging is perfect for large families or groups of friends traveling together. Our 4 bedrooms are carefully arranged to ensure restful sleep for all; 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and the last bedroom has two single beds, ensuring there is enough space for everyone to relax and recharge for another day of adventures in Barcelona. To meet the needs of all families, we offer two well-equipped bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, our furnished kitchen is the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy special moments with family around the table.

For your convenience, the apartment features a hairdryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as access to WIFI throughout the apartment and a TV in the living room. In addition to all the indoor amenities, our accommodation also features a charming balcony that adds a special touch to your experience. This outdoor space offers a peaceful retreat where families can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax after a day full of activities.

Our accommodation not only offers comfort and functionality but is also located in the picturesque neighborhood of Gracia, known for its cobblestone streets, lively squares, and welcoming atmosphere. From here, you will have easy access to Barcelona's main attractions, as well as a variety of local shops, restaurants, and cafes that will make your stay even more special.

The Sagrada Familia metro station is just a few steps away to facilitate your travels around the city, located at the foot of the famous Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, one of the must-visit places in Barcelona and only about 8 minutes from the accommodation.

For those who prefer to walk, you can reach the Hospital de Sant Pau (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in just 14 minutes, the famous Passeig de Gràcia known for its shops and Gaudí's iconic buildings in 25 minutes, Plaza Catalunya in 45 minutes, and the famous Park Güell in 19 minutes.

Important Information:

Check-in and Location: Check-in is done at our agency located at Calle Girona 167, local 2, 08037, Barcelona. This service is available Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self-check-in is arranged days before arrival to ensure a smooth entry.

Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Deposit: To ensure the security of the apartment, a deposit of EUR 300 is required, which is paid by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damages have occurred.
Non-Smoking Policy: We want to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.

No Party Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, parties or events in the apartment are strictly prohibited.

Respect and Civility: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.

Price and Conditions:

The price varies depending on the number of people and the booking dates. To start your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed, including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning fee. From our website, you will have the option to make a direct and secure reservation.

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message detailing the future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.

As the date of your reservation approaches, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your arrival. Approximately one week before check-in, you will have the option to complete online check-in, allowing you to register the main person on the reservation. Additionally, if you wish, you can also register the other companions on the day of arrival.

Once the pending payments have been completed and check-in has been done, you will be ready to fully enjoy your stay in our apartment. Throughout the process, we will maintain constant communication with you via messages, calls, WhatsApp, or email. We are here to assist you with anything you need!
