This beautiful house can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house is divided into two separate but similar apartments which are connected via the stairs (there is an apartment on the ground floor with terrace, and another one on the first floor with a balcony).
This home is ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Its modern style, its terrace and its incredible light make it a friendly place, charming and peaceful.
Enjoy the combination of a large space and the privacy that the house offers you, such a large capacity is rare in Barcelona so make sure you don´t miss out ! With 160m², you have six large bedrooms (three per apartment). The apartment on the ground floor has three bedrooms, one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds.
The first floor apartment has the same layout.
Each apartment has two bathrooms, a common and a private in the double bedroom. For ease, the bathrooms are equipped with irons and hair dryers.
You will also have at your disposal a washing machine on the ground floor. The apartments have air conditioning and heating for your well-being.
The modern kitchens provide everything you may need ; each has an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, fridge, kettle, and dishwasher.
During your stay you can make use of the spacious and comfortable living rooms (each has a TV and internet ( Fibre Optical). The apartment on the ground floor opens directly onto a large terrace, perfect for lunch outdoors or sunbathing!
Located a few meters from the metro station "Guinardó / Hospital de Sant Pau" L4: easy to travel around the city. In addition, you can stroll through the nearby parks such as the garden of Frederica Montseny. You will also be close to the famous Sant Pau Hospital, a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
Feel like shopping? The famous avenue "Passeig de Gracia" awaits you with the most prestigious names in fashion and design. On this famous street, similar to the Champs Elysées you will find many architectural masterpieces created by the great Catalan artist Antoni Gaudi. And all this is close to your apartment.

A large part of the Eixample’s attraction includes all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to be found… Passeig de Gracias alone will keep any visitor entertained for hours, but all the side streets are full of great stores, theatres, cafes with people everywhere, shopping, relaxing and enjoying an aperitif with friends and family.

🟢City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/06/2021 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 3.30€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.
🔵Security Deposit:
We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).
🔹Our place is just for relaxing holidays. 🔹
It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
