This beautiful apartment of 50 m² with terrace is located on the 5th floor of a building (with a lift) in a quiet street 10 minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Familia and Hospital San Pau (UNESCO classified).
Located in the heart of Barcelona, it can accommodate up to 2 people in 2 double rooms (with 1 double and 1 single bed). The apartment has two private terraces.
There´s no better way to enjoy the panoramic view of the city.
Recently renovated, this bright apartment has all the equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay: a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer,…) and a lounge with a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
For maximum comfort, Key Barcelona provides iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, wireless internet and washing machine.
The Modernity and the location of this apartment will really grab your attention and will ensure that you will feel at home during your stay.
Many restaurants, fast food and grocery stores are located in a radius of 500 meters around the apartment.
How to get around the city ? It couldn´t be easier:
Thanks to the metro station ENCANTS (125 meters from the apartment) or SAGRADA FAMILIA (300 meters).

Passeig de Gràcia was the main artery in the new district which was built from 1860 onwards, following the demolition of the city walls which hemmed in the old Barcelona. Following the Cerdà Plan, the neighborhood was built with money provided by Barcelona's well-to-do families. The city's bourgeoisie competed with each other to build the most aesthetically refined homes in modernist buildings, with elaborately decorated interiors and façades which used a wide diversity of materials. The Eixample Derecha is stretches from Balmes street until the Paseo de Sant Joan and Napoles street. Eixample Derecha is an area where there are so many interest points as Plaza de Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia with la Pedrera, la Casa Batlló and much more.

 As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at our office in order to avoid delays.  

🔹Check-out:
Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50.



🟢City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/06/2021 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 3.30€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.


🔵Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

🔹Our place is just for relaxing holidays.🔹
It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.

For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
